August 3rd, 2015: Alan Snyder updates, John Cena, CM Punk, and more!

WWE CEO Alan Snyder has been all over the world since the off-season. Backstage reports say that Alan is trying to represent WWE as a company that supports all sports and action besides wrestling. Here Alan is pictured at the 'Martial Arts Hall of Fame' from this past weekend, Alan has a 2-0 record in the UFC's Octagon. Alan teased that WWE wrestlers may be fighting in the UFC ring again some time soon. Additionally, Alan also announced that rapper Eminem will be at SummerSlam to perform Alan's recurring theme song "Legacy".
Meanwhile, Alan says he plans to do a Q&A session where he will answer fans questions about the oncoming season and more. You can send in your questions to his Facebook private message box.

WWE Champion Hayden Saxby is rumored to be facing a member of The Shield at SummerSlam. I am also getting word that another storyline idea might be that Alan wants to get that title off of Hayden ASAP so the idea would be that Alan puts Hayden in a Gauntlet Match with all three Shield members at SummerSlam, with the WWE Champion being the member who pins Hayden. Additionally, a Hayden vs Jericho match was discussed for SummerSlam but I'm hearing that may be bumped down.

WWE Diva Ashley Snyder is said to be getting a more formal and cemented role in WWE TV in the near future. With Aaron Snyder serving as his father's 'second-in-command', and abusing his second in command power, Ashley may join her brother and follow in his footsteps, bringing the 'New Corp' to invade the Divas division into her own image.

CM Punk is now Mr. Money in The Bank. What title he will go after is still up in the air but CM Punk is expected to be a world champion by WrestleMania time. There have been talks of Punk vs Hayden at Mania, Punk vs Aaron, Punk vs Matthew and more. CM Punk will be in more main event matches in the coming months.

John Cena will be stepping into a veteran role this season, very similar to how Alan Snyder was in Season four. Cena is open to putting rising stars over while still staying credible by getting wins when he needs them. Rumors are also speculating that this could be Cena's last season, to which Cena replied with 'anything can happen'. Currently, Cena is setting up to face The Rock at SummerSlam, a feud which I've heard may be extended.

Paul Star is expected to jump right back into the main event scene when the season starts. I have heard talks of a Paul Star vs Ryan Nathen feud in the near future, expanding 2 to 3 pay per views. Paul Star is rumored to be the 'black sheep' of the New Revolution, who's in it for his own reasons which he won't reveal to anyone else, and he will not appear with the rest of the team regularly.

Bray Wyatt is expected to get a push this upcoming season. The nature of that push is unknown at the time but a feud with The Undertaker has been discussed.

I've received word that it will be a while before Ryan Nathen loses the World Heavyweight Championship. He is being branded as the 'Golden Boy' of the New Corporation and he will hold on to the World Heavyweight Championship possibly leading into WrestleMania, but as always plans change in the WWE. My source tells me Alan is the highest on Ryan and plans to keep him in the main event for as long as possible. A Ryan Nathen face turn was discussed in creative but Alan shot it down quickly.
Meanwhile, Ryan Nathen is on the road doing acting work. He wrapped up filming with Aaron Snyder for a few episodes of 'The Flash'.

Aaron Snyder may be WWE Champion sooner than later. Online, the original WrestleMania script was leaked by a former WWE employee. Originally plans called for Aaron to cash in on Hayden after his match with The Big Show but obviously those plans didn't come through. But my sources tell me that Aaron could possibly become WWE Champion by the end of 2015, starting a longterm feud with Hayden Saxby.

WWE RP Social Media: July Week 4

European and United States Champion Eellis has revealed that he has seen the new SmackDown arena for Season Six and voices his hype for the upcoming season.

John Cena has hyped his ongoing feud with the New Corp. Whether Cena will become an official member of the New Revolution is up in the air but Cena has said in the past that he doesn't do stables.
Batista took to Twitter to taunt Alan and tease a WWE return.

WWE RP Rumors Return: April 24, 2015

Brock Lesnar is now another member on the list of people who could be taking quite a bit of time off after Mania. There have been talks for a Lesnar vs Snyder match at next years Royal Rumble but that remains to be seen.

The WWE Studios is looking to be it's busiest yet this off-season. WWE has announced a huge line up of content coming from the studio including the production of a new season of the hit TV show 'Survivor', which just recently completed the sign-up process, a Snyder TV mini-series starring Rush (Rush) and The Miz (Kevin Frost), an all new "Hunger Games" web movie starring various WWE wrestlers. As for movies, another Snyder spin-off film is being planned, an unannounced movie starring CM Punk, and a comedy film featuring Rush, Hayden, and Alan are also being filmed. WWE Studios says they have more projects to be announced after WrestleMania, with a rumored 'WWE Slam City' revival in the works.

Hayden has been getting a lot of props backstage since coming back. I am told that there are plans to do another Hayden vs Alan program in the near future. Current plans call for Big Show to retain at Mania but that could change easily.

WWE CEO Alan Snyder held another press conference this past weekend in Ohio, the location of WrestleMania. He dropped some tons of big news so hold your pants. Alan Snyder teased that the season finale of RAW will end with a huge twist that will change the course of the current "New Corporation" storyline. People are speculating that this means Alan Snyder will indeed retire at WrestleMania with Antonio taking over the corp. Alan also talked about the release of Paul Star, saying that things between Star and the company didn't work out. Alan confirmed rumors that he attempted to contact Star to no avail. Snyder also confirmed that he has decided to not bring ECW back for a new season. Alan talked about NXT and says it will be coming back in the off-season with an all new direction led by Shane McMahon, and says he and Shane have been working closely on several new projects in the WWE. Alan talked about the recent surge in activity in the WWE Studios and Snyder says they plan to release new content in the next few months, and reiterated that WWE Studios are a huge focus point for him at the moment. (Snyder also confirmed the release date of Snyder 3 as December 2015). Snyder said the main people he is focusing on pushing to the main event at the moment are Matthew Ehlert, Aaron Snyder, Eellis, CM Punk, Ryan Nathen, and a few more. Snyder also talked about the Divas division, hinted at England being the next WrestleMania location and more.

I have gotten word that there is backstage heat between WWE wrestlers CM Punk and Eellis. Appearently it started at a live event where CM Punk worked a match with Big E. Big E accidentally botched a move and caused Punk to suffer a minor concussion. Punk complained backstage to Big E after the match, Eellis intervened in the conversation and told Punk to "suck it the fuck up", in those words exactly. Eellis went on a rant and asked Punk how he's gonna be a world champion if he can't take a little concussion. Punk fired back with profanties at Eellis and called him a bad worker, saying that he couldn't wrestle. This almost escalated into a fist fight but Rey Mysterio and Goldust intervened.

In a recent interview, John Cena talked about his future in the WWE and comparisons to guys like Zack Poe and Hulk Hogan, also his feud with Paul Star. Cena said that he plans to stick around in WWE for a little bit longer, indicating that he's going to be taking some time off but he didn't specify when. Cena said that he's different from guys like Zack Poe and Hulk Hogan in the sense that he represents more than just the Cenation, or a group of fans. He said he represents the WWE as a whole and what putting hard work in this business leads to. Cena said he enjoyed his feud with Paul Star but revealed that he had backstage heat with Star. Cena said Star was always too cocky, always got ahead of himself and he doesn't really miss him.

Chris Jericho has been receiving lots of backstage heat as of late. Jericho has recently been going on rants, putting himself above others backstage and calling himself the hardest worker. "I bust my ass", in Jericho's words. Many see this as direspectful and believe they work just as hard, if not harder, than Jericho. One vocal speaker about this has been Hayden, who has been throwing subliminal messages to Jericho on Twitter about the subject.

Jericho responded (without mentioning Hayden), calling Hayden a kissass and irrelevant, but he deleted the tweet quickly.

Sting has teased that he has something big planned for the New Corporation after WrestleMania. What does the man without fear have up his bat? At the same time, Anthony Chandler has also teased that he will be dealing with the New Corporation after his feud with Jericho. Does this mean a future pairing between Sting and AC, or are these completely unrelated?

Batista has been trolling Alan on Twitter. Batista made this quick image and tweeted it to Alan along with several other similar ones. Batista says he won't stop until Alan accepts his request to face him in a match at WWE WrestleMania Axxess in two weeks.

Royal Rumble News! Who's going to WrestleMania? Sheamus returning, more!

WWE CEO Alan Snyder has announced that he is entering himself in the Royal Rumble. What entry number he will be is yet to be determined. So far here is the confirmed list of Royal Rumble participants.

- Matthew Ehlert
- Alan Snyder
- Chris Coleman
- CM Punk
- Sting
- Eellis

WWE has released the following poster, hyping Sheamus' return. I have received word that Sheamus will be returning as a heel and may be even one of the top heels in WWE again.

Scott Hall has officially been released of his WWE contract as of February 28. There were talks of renewing his contract into a WrestleMania retirement match but creative seemed uninterested in the idea and passed on it. Scott Hall has already been booked for post-WWE bookings and appearances.

John Cena has been spotted on the set of Snyder 3. This fuels the speculation and rumors of him returning back to the main WWE roster soon. Many feel like Cena's stint in ECW is played out and is only being dragged along now. Creative is going on the idea of having him return as a face as that seems to be the role Cena plays best.

Triple H's recent heel turn was a long discussed topic between creative and WWE CEO Alan Snyder. My sources tell me that this heel turn will eventually lead to a feud between Matthew Ehlert and Triple H that could conclude at WrestleMania.

Batista is now the longest World Champion, reigning at over 130 days, beating out The Big Show's reign. Batista's reign went longer than expected, but reception to the reign and the quality of his recent matches have been good.

WWE is giving Seth Rollins a mini push as a face. Where this will lead remains to be seen but there have been talks of putting him in the hunt for the IC Title.

WWE is looking into the idea of taping live events and airing them on the WWE Network. They recently uploaded footage of Kurt Angle making an return at a live event.

Rey Mysterio has been in heated contract negotiations with Alan Snyder. Alan is fighting to extend Rey's contract past WrestleMania but Rey seems to be against the idea as he feels no need for his character to go on past WrestleMania. Alan intends to use Rey as a veteran figure in the tag division and this is what creative is pushing for.

WWE is setting up for a CM Punk face turn in the future. What this means is watch what Punk does on TV from now on. The turn is expected to happen at the Rumble or around that time.

There have been heavy talks for a Jeff Hardy push next season. Creative feels that there needs to be some new reateable guys on top and they see that in Hardy.

I have received word that Randy Orton is wrapping up his run with WWE and may become a full-on part timer soon. Though there have been discussions backstage of giving Orton another big run but those seem unlikely.

There have been talks of having Eellis take on one of the Eellistopia members at WrestleMania. This member most likely seems to be Bobby Lashley who just had a big face turn. Currently WrestleMania is Bobby Lashley's last night with the company but talks of extending his contract past SummerSlam are going on as of this writing.

Ryan Nathen is already locked to be a key role in this years WrestleMania and that has been the plan since last summer. WWE is still pushing forward with Ryan Nathen as the top heel in the WWE, and there have been talks of him possibly dethroning Batista at WrestleMania but those can change.

With only under 70 days left in the current Season Five, here is a list of what some of the top stars will be doing during the off-season.

- The ECW roster will be on the road for most of May and the first week of June. Mostly because their last pay per view lands on the first Wednesday of the off-season and is the first official off-season pay per view. After that, they will be taping a few episodes that are intended to air in August should ECW be renewed for a second season.
- Eellis will be in LA doing voice work for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie.
- CM Punk, along with most of the RAW crew, will be appearing at off-season events but for the most part will be off the road.
- The NXT roster will be in Florida taping more episodes of NXT. They will be off the road in July as thats when those taped episodes will air.
- Batista's contract is expected to expire on the first day of the off-season. He will be down at WWE Headquarters to record some things for the WWE Network, and will be down at WWE Studios to film an undisclosed role for the Snyder TV show.
- Alan Snyder will be busy all off-season. He will be doing promotional work for Snyder 3, along with appearing at NXT events and filming new content for the WWE Network. He will also be busy promoting the off-season events and filming at the WWE Studios.
- Most of the roster will be called down to Cambridge, UK in late June for the next overseas off-season pay per view.

Here are the WWE live event results for January 28, 2015:

- Ryan Nathen defeated Jon Moxley in an IC Title match.
- Bobby Lashley and MVP defeated Big E Langston and Mark Henry.
- The Avengers defeated Rey Mysterio, VENOM, Carlito, and Shelton Benjamin.
- Hulk Hogan defeated Brock Lesnar!
- Big Z and Kenchi defeated Simon Dean and Maven.
- The Big Show defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin to retain the WWE Championship.
- Antonio Snyder defeated Aaron Snyder.

FIRST rumors of 2015! Upcoming returns, exits, and more!

At a recent Critics Television Press event, Alan Snyder announced that Tough Enough will be returning to FOX in off-season 2015. He says it will be "new, reinvented, and re innovative" for television. He says he will announce the cast after WrestleMania.

I've heard from several people backstage that WWE is in contract neogiations with Hayden Saxby...again. I wasn't told how long the contract will extend to, but if he does return, we don't expect him to be back for long at all.

I've also learned that this will be Batista's last season with WWE. For how long, is not known. He got a big World Title run as sort of a 'farewell' gift and his last match is reported to be at WrestleMania V. Batista has been on the road with WWE for a while, mostly working live events until Season IV where he became a regular TV figure again.

Speaking of veteran exits, there has also been speculation that this season is also Big Show's last season. But take this with a grain of salt, as it seems Big Show might be holding the WWE title all the way until SummerSlam later this year.

WWE has released an official plot overview for their upcoming game 'WWE Immortals'. The game will be released the Tuesday after WrestleMania V and will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS Vita, and Wii U. The plot is as follows:
"Taking place in a fictional, super powered alternate universe, WWE Immortals is a fighting game in the style of Mortal Kombat. The main storyline features a power hungry Alan Snyder in his quest to take over the world with his newly formed personal army (led by Triple H). His brother, Antonio, objects to Alan's evil ways. Antonio is almost killed by HHH's army but narrowly escapes. Later, he forms his own army, a group of renegades (led by Zack Poe). The Renegades and The Immortals go to war, but who will come out on top? The main story will be driven by character-specific chapters, and you will get to choose whether to save the world (as the Renegades) or destroy it (as The Immortals)."
WWE plans to release the full roster of the game during the 7 Deadly Sins pre-show.

Shawn Michaels teased a "huge announcement" on the RAW after 7 Deadly Sins, which will be the date he returns to the company. I haven't been told what the announcement exactly is, but expect it to have an impact on HBK's future.

Antonio Snyder, who is currently out of action due to filming commitments for the Snyder 3 film, will return next month. I've received word that he will be in the main event of Survivor Series, going one on one with the WWE Chamion, the Big Show. Whether this plan will remain is in the air.

The reason for CM Punk's arupt IC Title end seems to be the end of an argument between Punk and some WWE executives, where Punk asked for a break. Doesn't seem that break will come to fruition though, because he seems to be having a match with Zack Poe going into the 7 Deadly Sins pay per view...

Bobby Lashley is expected to finish up his current contract with WWE on the RAW after WrestleMania V. Whether he will stay with the company or not is in the air as of now but he has expressed interest in a UFC run!

Ryback is expected to get a huge push soon if my sources are current. He is a pet project of CEO Alan Snyder and it's believed that Ryback can be a big star.

Alex Riley has recently returned from a career-threatning neck injury. I haven't been told what the current plans for him are but a feud with Aaron Snyder is likely.

It seems as if Dolph Ziggler is gearing up for a huge feud with Eellis and Eellistopia.

Here are the live event results for January 18 in Las Vegas, NV:

  • Big E defeated Adrian Neville (TV Title Match)
  • The Miz defeated Alex Riley by countout
  • Sadie Heart defeated Mickie James
  • Acting CEO Big Johnny comes out and says that Sheamus will face 3 guys of Big Show's choice in a gauntlet match. Sheamus comes out and objects to it. The two argue for a while before Sheamus brogue kicks Johnny to a huge pop.
  • Ashley Snyder defeated Harley by DQ after Harley lost it and beat down Ashley with a chair.
  • Batista and Triple H defeated Randy Orton and Edge (who was there for a one-time return)
  • Dolph Ziggler defeated Kurt Angle (after Nathen interferred), after the match, Ziggler layed out Nathen, Rush, and Swagger.
  • Sheamus took on 10 other guys in a gauntlet match, after an upset Big Johnny upped the bar on Sheamus. Sheamus eliminated the first 9 guys but when the 10th guy was revealed as Big Show himself, Sheamus was defeated by a chokeslam through the announce table.
The Rock has announced in an interview that he will be on tomorrow's RAW to compete in a match against Kurt Angle!

I've been told that Bray Wyatt's future is in the air. Creative is split on deciding whether to push him to the main event or keep him juggling in the mid-card. Their descision will show in the next couple of months, and there has been talk of him going against The Undertaker at WrestleMania.

There has been talk among creative of putting JBL in a manager role similar to Jonathan Crane. Names discussed have been either a stable, or a single superstar.
